1. Operator and acceptance

This website is operated by VIDA.AI AUSTRALIA PTY LTD. Paid services begin only after both parties confirm an order, scope or subscription.

2. Service

VIDA.AI provides AI-assisted transcription and media-research workflows. Features, volume, retention, support and fees are those confirmed in the applicable plan or order.

3. Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, use the service lawfully, and hold required rights and permissions.

4. AI-assisted output

Transcripts and summaries may contain errors or omit context. You are responsible for human review and resulting decisions or publications.

5. Intellectual property

You retain rights in material you lawfully submit and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide and secure the agreed service.

6. Fees and cancellation

Fees are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise. Recurring plans renew until cancelled. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Liability

Nothing excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, subject to mandatory consumer rights elsewhere.
